Tenho que admitir!

Tenho o pior vicio do mundo……..ROER AS MINHAS UNHAS!!!

Não me consigo controlar, é mais forte que eu, eu tento não roer e deixa-las crescer, mas não dá, eu quando dou por mim estou com a mão na boca roer as minhas unhas todas.

Já tentei pôr vernizes que sabem horrivelmente mas não funciona eu até gosto do verniz; já pus unhas de gel para parar de roer mas não funcionou roía na mesma até dar cabo do gel. O que posso eu fazer mais? Eu odeio este vício, só quero que as minhas unhas crescam. Alguém tem alguma receita milagrosa?

I have the worst addiction in the world.... BITING MY NAILS!!!

I can't control myself, is stronger than me, I try don't biting and let them grow, but I can't, when I realize I'm already with my hand in my mouth biting my nails.

I've tried those nail polish with a horrible taste but doesn't work I even like it; I already put gel nails to stop biting but didn't work I still biting the gel. What can I do? I hate this addiction, I just want my nails to grow up. Anyone have any magic formula?
