Nos últimos dias tenho pensado muito no assunto, e lido sobre dietas e soube de raparigas que conseguiram, com muito esforço, mas conseguiram e eu pergunto-me porque é que eu não consigo? Não sei mas estou com uma enorme vontade de conseguir e sentir-me orgulhosa de mim. Hoje começei novamente, mais uma vez voltei à dieta, se calhar vai ser mais uma daquelas que daqui a uns meses paro porque não estou a conseguir perder o que quero e o que tenho que perder, mas desta vez vou me tentar dedicar a 100%, vamos ver o que isto vai dar.
Peço-vos um favor, se souberem de algum blog/Website de receitas boas mas saudáveis ou como deve consistir o meu treino no ginásio, deixem me aqui o link por favor!

I stopped writing, not because I didn't have time, but because I'm uninspired and feeling bad about myself, have been a rough couple of days for me, it's nothing special but lately I've been down, I can't look in the mirror and see my body, and for that reason, I've no desire to write and no imagination, I think I'm reaching my limit. I've tried diets but then I quit, when I started this blog I started a strict diet for a month where I lost 4 kilos, is not much but made me happy, and then I went to Portugal and basically blew it, I haven't been at the gym for one month, and I think I'm reaching the limit,I want to stop with these stupid diets of one month and when I stop and come back to put on weight, I'm just running out, I want to make a serious diet!
In recent days I have been thinking a lot about it, and read about diets and I knew girls who managed, with much effort, but they did and I wonder why I can't? I do not know but I have a strong desire to achieve and feel proud of me. Today I started again, once again I returned to the diet, maybe it will be one of those who in a few months I stop because I'm not losing what I want and what I have to lose, but this time I will try to dedicate myself 100%, let's see where this is going
But I'm asking you a favor, if you know of any blog / website with good and healthy recipes and how it should consist my workout at the gym, leave here the link please!
